Clients can choose to park on the street or in the building’s attached parking garage.
On your first visit, since there are two entrances to the building, please send me a short text message, or message me in the client portal, informing me whether you’re waiting on the street or the skybridge.
The building does not have much space for waiting, so if you arrive early, I recommend you wait in your vehicle or outside. For the privacy of my visitors, other tenants, and myself, please do not wait outside my office door.
If your mobility is limited, I recommend parking on the street and taking the elevator. Entering from the parking garage involves descending a couple small steps once inside the building.
Street Parking
Most street parking in downtown Salem is free for 3 hours. The building is the tall gray Capitol Tower at the corner of State and Liberty. Look for the small door with an awning (pictured).
On your first visit, if you have messaged me to say you entered at street level, I will come greet you in the lobby at your scheduled appointment time.
Garage Parking
You may park in the Liberty Square parking garage. The entrance is on Ferry Street, which is a westbound one-way street, between Liberty and Commercial. The garage offers free 1-hour parking on the first two floors for customers of my building.
The skybridge to my building is on Floor 5 of the parking garage, on the north side of the garage. On your first visit, if you have messaged me to say you parked in the garage, I will come greet you at the skybridge at your scheduled appointment time.
