Standard Services
- Intake Appointment: $175 for a 53-minute first appointment
- Individual Counseling: $150 for a 53-minute session
- Relationship Counseling: $175 for a 53-minute session; available only by special request for matters pertaining to polyamory or nonmonogamy
- Group Counseling: $50-75 per group meeting (details vary by group)
Payment Methods Accepted
Insurance: I accept Moda Health and PacificSource Commercial insurance plans.
Private Pay: If I do not accept your insurance, you may pay via cash, check, or credit card.
Out-of-Network: If your health insurance covers out-of-network providers, you may be eligible to receive direct insurance reimbursement for some or all of my fees. Check with your insurer. I can provide a monthly superbill (a receipt listing services and their costs) for you to submit.
Reduced Rates
I believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care, which is why I reserve a limited number of reduced-rate slots in my caseload.
I partner with the Open Path Psychotherapy Collective to help expand the availability of mental health services for individuals who are uninsured or underinsured. Eligible clients pay a one-time fee to Open Path, and then are eligible for reduced rates of $40-70 with any Open Path member therapist, including myself.
